ChinaTradeCheck independently reconciles the supplier, transaction documents and proposed payment route for one material China sourcing transaction. It complements eligible marketplace protections and is deliberately narrower than a sourcing engagement, factory audit or general company report.

What the service is
A transaction reconciliation gate.
Many supplier checks stop after confirming that a Chinese company exists. This service continues into the proposed transaction: who issued the PI, which legal entity is contracting, who will receive the money, how those parties are connected and what evidence must exist before payment.
The report is designed to become part of the buyer’s procurement file and to create a clear stop, correction or escalation point.
What the service is not
No “safe supplier” guarantee.
A report cannot guarantee future behaviour, production quality or delivery. It does not authenticate a bank account through the bank, inspect a factory, certify a product or replace legal, tax, sanctions or product-compliance advice. When another control is needed, the report says so directly.

Early credibility will come from public registration, transparent methodology, realistic sample reports and documented pilot outcomes. Customer names or results will be published only with permission.
